Print, structure and finish

High-tenacity PP tapes are woven into a 90–120 gsm fabric, then laminated with a printed film before cutting and sewing. Lamination is what allows photographic artwork — field scenes, product shots, pictograms — to sit on a woven sack without the dot gain and blur that direct flexo printing produces on fabric. The top is folded and double-stitched, and the bottom seam is reinforced at the corners, which is where a 50 kg sack normally fails first.

Do I need a PE liner for NPK?

It depends on the blend and the destination climate. Hygroscopic blends and humid ports benefit from a liner; dry granular NPK shipped short-haul often does not.

What fabric weight do you recommend?

90 to 120 gsm for a 50 kg fill. Dense, fine granules take the heavier end of the range.
